My first attempt at hanging Christmas lights and my first real attempt at an HDR. The following photo was made after close to 10 hours of climbing up and down ladders, clasping strands of lights to shingles, and countless trips to Home Depot. I’m officially done for the year. Maybe next year I’ll fill something up at the top of the house, but for now I’m quite content with the outcome. The best part? Everything actually works. The photo was made from 9 exposures using Photoshop CS5. I realize there is some ghosting around the house and trees, but I think it came out okay for a first try. Now time to start buying some Christmas presents.
